The Company has a 100% leasehold interest in the exploration and development stage Copperstone Project, which encompasses approximately 12,258 acres of surface area and mineral rights in La Paz County, Arizona, within a 50 square kilometer land package. It controls over 546 federal unpatented mining claims and two Arizona state mineral leases which together comprise the Copperstone Project area. The federal claims cover approximately 10,920 acres. It also holds other investments and projects at various stages of development.

Can you explain (coles notes version) or have a link that explains how the shareholders get paid holding the mine - is it dividends? 

I was planning on just selling at a buck but I like the idea of holding the investment, just curious how it gets paid out especially since the mine has a life cycle.
