1) It doesn't mean they think it is worth 3.22 a share, just that that is the best they could negotiate and it was better than getting nothing for their debt.

2) You now have a whole class of shareholders 83.5% (and dropping) who never wanted to be stockholders in the 1st place. I don't think they stay in very long as this drops.

3) I think BXE might be a good value play at some point, but picking a bottom on this falling knife when clearly nobody believes it's book value is a pretty tricky thing.
