RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Cash and stock buyout by Pala Investments of KBLT

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Cash and stock buyout by Pala Investments of KBLTWhat a scam.

KBLT bought the very nice Vale stream for C$400m plus C$200m of physical cobalt with shareholder money. Now Pala pays C$300m for that. Very suspicious the connection between Milewski and Pala, I am sure in the end they are sitting in the same boat, ripping shareholders off together.

The market is valuing a Nickel 28 stock at about C$0.5 now, and not C$2.18 like KBLT wants us to believe. Nickel 28 is essentially only the Ramu stream, the other streams are worth next to nothing as they are highly unlikely to ever materialize.

Also, it says in the news release "The transaction is subject to the approval of Cobalt 27 shareholders.. at a meeting expected to be held in August 2019." Very vague this. Does that mean you can only vote in person? Very likely they will do everything to prevent shareholders from voting.

Someone like Carl Icahn should step in and protect shareholders from these white collar gangsters!
