And I agree with your earlier post about it's crazy to short Stans as the potential gain is minimal whereas the potential upside could be significant. But I think $0.50 shareprice is some time away. If I was taking a posiiton on Stans, I'd go long, then wait to see where the price is in 6 months time assuming some enforcement action is needed. Often with respondent States they will not initially comply with an International Arbitration Court award against the State, until assets start being seized, such as state owned non-military planes, ships etc. Also airlines flying over any State's airspace have to make payments to the State, and those airlines can be targetted for these payments via garnishee orders. My guess is that once initial seizing of transport assets takes place, then Kyrgyzstan will come to the table for discussions. Enjoy the weekend.
