RE:RE:RE:RE:New Partner Contribution!!With so much negativity in the news about Canada real estate and the defaults creeping up - investors may not want exposure to this sector (for AD). It seems that most of the risk is picked up the 3 MIC's that Amur deals with. Also they are taking equity stake in the company. 

The pre-tax yield is 13% and lower than the 15% targeted by management. 

Of course the drop may have nothing to do with the above and just part of the market movement. Maybe Alaris needs to lend money to Impossible Burgers.
