NEWS: Exploring Goat Property??? Why?

NEWS: Exploring Goat Property??? Why?In case anybody missed the news release, here it is. Can't understand why they aren't concentrating on Red Cliff. And when are they going to release a reserve estimate on Red Cliff. This was supposed to be released last year. Decade to conduct geochemical sampling at Goat 2019-06-20 09:31 ET - News Release Shares issued 166,365,522 DEC Close 2019-06-18 C$ 0.025 Mr. Ed Kruchkowski reports COMPANY TO EXPLORE FOR SOURCE OF HIGH GOLD AND SILVER FLOAT ON GOAT PROPERTY Decade Resources Ltd. will conduct geochemical sampling at the Goat property to identify the source of high-gold and silver-bearing float rocks. The company has completed historical research of all available reports and has identified three separate areas for further work. The Goat property is located approximately 34 kilometres northeast of Stewart, B.C., in the Skeena mining division. It covers a series of fault-related quartz veins in an area of Jurassic Hazelton pyroclastic volcanic rocks and Cretaceous Bowser Lake sedimentary rocks. The claims also follow the contact zone between the Mount Dilworth rhyolite and overlying Salmon River sedimentary formations, a similar stratigraphic sequence as that hosting the Eskay Creek deposit and the BA mineralization being explored approximately eight kilometres to the south of the property. The claims cover the Goat deposit, which comprises a parallel series of polymetallic silver-gold-zinc-lead veins that are crudely laminated sulphide-quartz-siderite veins with massive sphalerite and disseminated to massive arsenopyrite, pyrite, tetrahedrite, freibergite and minor galena. The Goat deposit was a historic producer during the late 1970s, with reported production of approximately 4,159 tonnes of ore with an average grade of 563 grams per tonne (g/t) silver, 1.72 g/t gold and 1.65 per cent zinc with minor lead and copper from 3,186 tonnes of milled ore. A historic resource of 8,800 tonnes grading 4,782.9 g/t silver and 10.6 g/t gold was reported in 1979; however, the resource is not compliant with National Instrument 43-101 guidelines. This estimate is historical and is used for reference purposes only. Previous work done by Decade has identified four areas not in the region of the historic mine for further work, including three gold-silver bearing veins and one for Kuroko-type VMS (volcanogenic massive sulphide) deposits. In the 2019 field season, the company plans further sampling to locate the source of these rocks, as well as evaluate the total property. These areas include the North zone, Goat Cirque gold and VMS, as well as the North Goat Valley. To date, the company has only conducted surveys to fulfill assessment work, as well as narrow the area of search for the float rocks with high gold and silver values. Sampling during 2011 indicated both dacite and mudstone VMS-related mineralization in float rocks on the property. An example of silicified rhyolite/dacite yielded 115.7 g/t silver, 0.40 per cent lead and 6.51 per cent zinc. An example of mudstone-related mineralization with finely laminated pyrite associated with minor sphalerite and galena yielded 33.4 g/t silver, 0.69 per cent lead and 6.49 per cent zinc. Approximately one kilometre southwest of the above sampling, VMS mineralization in float rocks gave up to 155 g/t silver, associated with values of 6.51 per cent lead and 20.60 per cent zinc. The North zone occurs in an inaccessible cliff face within a 20-metre-wide zone of alteration and silicification exposed over 50 metres of height. Sampling to date has been on rocks spalling off the rock face. The Goat Cirque area has a stockwork of sulphide-bearing veins orientated north-south, approximately one kilometre south of the historic mine. Some of the historic sample results are shown in the attached table. Year of work Area explored Sample type Gold Silver (g/t) (g/t) 1993 North zone Float 16.35 484 1993 North zone Float 10.70 1,291 1993 North zone Float 2.76 29.0 2010 North zone Float 3.44 7,660 1993 Goat Cirque Outcrop grab 17.70 1,322 1993 Goat Cirque Outcrop grab 8.75 213 2017 North Goat Float 5.69 136 The company plans to evaluate the property once snow conditions improve as the higher elevations are still covered. Ed Kruchkowski, professional geoscientist, a qualified person under NI 43-101, is in charge of the exploration programs on behalf of the company and is responsible for the contents of this release. Mr. Kruchkowski is not independent of Decade as he is the president of the company. About Decade Resources Ltd.
