These banners include Saks Fifth Avenue, Hudson's Bay, Lord & Taylor, and Off 5th in North America and Galeria Kaufhof, Galeria Inno, and Sportarena in Europe. HBC also has investments in real estate joint ventures. In Canada, it has partnered with RioCan Real Estate Investment Trust in the RioCan-HBC joint venture.

RE:RE:Geoff BarratProbably not formally, but transparent shilling, maybe in hopes of managing money for him or another board seat.  I'm just stunned that somebody like that worked at Teachers.  Maybe he was fired, who knows, but if I'm a retiree and see something like (along with some bacjground or context) that I am outraged.
