RE:August 31 is a big day

It is a big day, Digi has to decide if they want to take the easy way and give us a share of the company or simply just take all of the assets for back lease payments and breaking of lease. Kash has no say in the matter, they have already surrendered everything. Kash only exists if Digi wants to let it to, the vote only decides which route they take. Kash can not under any circumstances contiue on its own.
