Look on Linked in BlameOG its all there all CMR guys - You think CMR is going to plan ?

Crispian Sinnott  CMR VP Engineering  GONE
Simran Kamboj Lead CMR Project Manager GONE
Srinivasan Arumugam - CMR Development Operations GONE
Robert Hurst - CMR Security Systems Specialist GONE

McMaster is a 3rd rate university. The CMR is patent pending ( which means it in application and if you look its been pending for 5 years and the guys at Manchester University UK , some of which are now at Plymouth Rock have this IP sewn up so there is ZERO value in that McMaster patent application)  Let me tell you how much value is in that patent the Co designer who did most of the work on the McMaster IP works in a company called sensors and software making floor and wall scanners.Funnily enough according to the FCC document on PATSCAN its classed and a UWB Floor and Wall scanner. Its there in black and white (link below and also the critical part on the FCC licence for operation under experimental conditions.

https://fccid.io/2ALZTCMR

The FCC is an experimental licence and below is its use conditions.

This device is authorized for use as Through D-Wall Imaging System, and required professional installation.

Operation under the provisions of this section is limited to through-wall imaging systems operated by law enforcement, emergency rescue or firefighting organizations that are under the authority of a local or state government, and necessary training operations.

Parties operating this equipment must hold a license issued by the Federal Communications Commission to operate a transmitter in the Public Safety Radio Pool under part 90 of this chapter. The license may be held by the organization for which the UWB operator works on a paid or volunteer basis.

So riddle me this BlameOG - That is in black and white and public information. Why have you and your Cheeerleading friends not worked out that when its posted in a press release that " We are working with people in Washington to discuss the regulatory environment" thats this is english for the FCC won't let this product be used in public because it works over a massive chunk of radio spectrum already licenced to a million and one other people.

As for the video software that comes free with most CCTV systems these days and as for trace detection - thats a saturated market , look at Smiths detection , Rapiscan, L-3.

Cisco and IBM are paid for consultancy by PAT and the RAtheon cash is Canadian Offset funding. Its in the press releases.
