Jim out, Adam in - strong and needed moveI'm okay with this - i liked Jim and what he brought to the company but Adam is and always has been the heart and soul of this company.  He's the catalyst, mover, shaker and driver with all the connections, seats on key boards and the brains.

Putting him at the helm (as we've seen him take on more and more publicly authoritative positions in interveiws and NRs, this is the right time.
