RE:This is what will happen as in all bankrupt cases.

RE:This is what will happen as in all bankrupt cases.

The reason this is all happening is BECAUSE the technology is now proven, indiustry accepted, and bankable. It is hard to beleive think they could raise PP money with the uncertainty of 2017/18 and wouldn't be able to do another now that all the parts are in place. We haven't seen the proposal yet, but logic would dictate that a PP now would be easier to market than the last few, so why didn't they even make a shelf prospectus or brokered PP this time? Feigned weakness. If they do have a block that controls a majorty, then they will do whatever they want. It dimply doesn't look that way.

They took the public financing to pay for all the proofs. Now that they have industry agreement it is worth risking PE money (vs. spending public money). A management buyout will include a share purchase. When this goes to shareholders, they will not vote for a buyout without some consideration for shares, or a Private RGX will not exisit. They could run us over if they had a majorty stake but they do not, and also have not posed these questions to shareholders.

There are a lot of steps required for them to get all the strings cut, unless they plan on going rogue and only operating in china henceforth.

Funny to think the Creditor and the CEO are the same person. And if he is the creditor which is coming after the company, lol. Slick if he can pull it off, but greasy and probably illegal.

The DB payments in shares was agreed to. There is no reason a DB holder could push their deal. I'm more certain it is supplier or consultant debts, which we can offer shares for to clean up the balalnce sheet.
