But who cares? Company says it needs a partner to develop the field as they can't afford to do so. The Cubans don't pay on time for the oil so who in their right mind will partner to develop such a complex field for a customer with a lousy payment record. This is not like finding light oil in the US or Saudi. Company is going under whether or not oil gets found IMHO. It's smoke and mirrors.
