  • Ok fyi per Jman’s comment i inquired with the A/CEO as to the effective date... he provided clarification EW’s share of Revenue , capital contributions and operation costs all cease effective the effective date of the sale. Further the EW contribution to last year’s flooding costs were not in the order of what had been forecat in previous projection I will see if i can dig up the actuals ! While I wish for a better return this info put the sale in more favourable light 
  • Now to see what comes down the pipe next
