RE:Adam buy.. Adam CEO

RE:Adam buy.. Adam CEOThe insider trades show that trade for Swerzas a couple of weeks ago and it is a good thing when management has skin in the game especially if it puts revenue in the coffers.  The trade to be on the lookout for is Frazier dumping out his shares which might help to explain his analysis of recent events.
If Posner stepped away from management duties I bet the stock would have doubled.  Jmho but I think he had one good idea and blew it on the execution.
Swerzas the lawyer is probably hindered by that lawyer trait of "no urgency" to get anything done.  His firm will be billing steady and management takes care of themselves first.
Posner is all over the map with an unproven plan and their ability to actually formulate and produce edibles is in question.
Taking on the world without a working template is irrational and taking on more and more projects in the hope that they will all come out allright is ridiculous.
Greenrush stocks have been taking some hard knocks lately as normal business fundamentals are becoming the yardstick by which our worth is measured.  What products we have are few and part of a flooded market.  EAT needs products that they can mark-up and sell for profit and when the smoke clears hopefully some of that revenue makes it to the shareholders.
I am rooting for a take-out by someone that sees value in what we have done and wants to bring in a structured, doable growth strategy and a more motivated team that can execute.  There are serious contenders, well financed and fully intentioned with plans to be the next name brand item in the greenrush with more and more showing up everyday.  If EAT has a unique strain to offer, that could save the company.  I hope I am wrong but Posner and Swerzas have been there since day one and I honestly don't expect much to change.  glta and dyodd
