You did not mention that you looked into this Boots?  There is much more going on down there than most of us could probably even fathom.  This latest sideshow was definately out of the blue and sideswiped all of us.  I too have sold half of my holdings and am quite angry with myself that I waited this long.  There is no logical reason why the migration has not occured already other than the Mexicans have refused to change the structure of the original agreement.  That structure is terrible and would not be something any company would venture into if the risk of spending 100's of millions netted back so little reward.  Something stinks and we all know it.  Every investment I have ever made that went south was mired in delays and excuses.  Frankly AMLO has killed the investment enviroment with his amateur hour.  Having a moron in Washington and Mexico (and arguably Ottawa) is something the historians will look back on and realize that our generation allowed the dumbing down of our society to the point we risked everything.  I literally cannot watch the news anymore and looking at my spread sheet here is equally as nauseating.  vacation time!  Someplace with mountains, no TV and serene songs of birds.
