RE:RE:Back to the Top !It does look like they have finally managed to monetize the crop of their Scio farm. Last year they made an agreement for share-based compensation with the people managing this farm and linked the release of these shares and warrants to certain conditions. To rechieve the first tranche of the shares, the farm needs to reach an EBITDA of $1 million and to get the rest of the shares an ebitda of $2million.
Last Fiday these shares got finally released (all of them), which I take as a pretty strong evidence that the crop has been succesfully monetized - which means the new financials next month could be pretty interesting.
