Chemtrade Logistics Income Fund is a Canada-based company that operates a diversified business providing industrial chemicals and services to customers in North America and around the world. The Company's segments include Sulphur and Water Chemicals (SWC), and Electrochemicals (EC). SWC segment markets, removes and/or produces merchant, Regen and sulphuric acid, sodium hydrosulphite, elemental sulphur, liquid sulphur dioxide, hydrogen sulphide, sodium bisulphite, and sulphides, and provides other processing services. This segment also manufactures and markets a variety of inorganic coagulants used in water treatment, including aluminum sulphate, and a number of specialty chemicals, including sodium nitrite. Really???...Unlike others here...I do actually read your posts with an open mind...but this post is a bit of a stretch...here is her background..

Seems to me that with her backgound and connections she would be a valuable addition to the Board which is primarily operations people...

Your point about CEOs commenting when the Board makes a decision the decisions is valid..but having said that it is not unuall for a CEO to make comments knowing the Board will support them...

I for one welcome the addition to the Board...IMO it was a good move which will strengthen the company...


Looks like the Market also has some questions! As I have pointed out many times before, Chemtrade is sending out mixed signals simply because of the poor leadership skills of Management.
