Read the Jervois prospectus for their merger vote and you will see that Ecobalt would pay a penalty for accepting a better offer from another company. 

BUT No penalty for Ecobalt shareholders voting down the merger.  

No worries - we reject the merger and keep our cash.

Another good reason to VOTE NO


By the way, if Jervois were ever to win this merger vote, then we shareholders of Ecobalt be part of Jervois. Then we would get our 2 same "loyal" Ecobalt officers working at Jervois afterwards and looking after our interests.  If that gives you a nice warm comfortable feeing, then you should vote for it.

AS for me the thought of those two looking after my shareholder interest s again gives me CHILLS

So I say VOTE NO to the merger !
