Hey Robfrod: Thank you for your post.

Hey Robfrod: Thank you for your post.Have you seen Slide 6 of the Investor Presentation? It asserts: 1) Significant reduction in turnover 2) HR presence to coach leaders on employee relations matters 3) Two day leadership Essentials training to a) set the tone and expectations b) increase self awareness as a leader c) develop and practice essential leadership skills 4) Respect in the workplace training 5) Continue to provide cross-cultural awareness training. 6) Annual review of compensation. Phew, that was a lot of stuff on one slide. Have you heard anything about turnover? Huh? I cannot imagine that anyone would not want to work in such a beautiful location. Might be a tad nippy but the scenery, eh? Coaching leaders / training leaders / develop essential leadership skills / respect in the workplace .............ummmmmmm it sounds that the experienced management ranks may be a tad thin up at the Hope Bay Resort. Surely this has to affect mining / production etc. etc. etc. Have you heard anything rerated to TMAC's ability to attract and retain good folks? That slide raises more questions than answers. Anyone?
