RE:Hey Robfrod: Thank you for your post.From what I have heard working in the mill is an ongoing struggle.. having the crushing circuit indoors with insufficient ventillation means respirators are required.  In general poor design from the start means every time one issue is fixed a new one pops up. Can be frustrating for personnel.

Also word is the site has a combined wifi speed of 1 mb/s so when 200 people are off work even sending a message home can take hours which can make 21 days away from the family tough.

As beautiful as the scenery is for 9 months of the year the weather outside is so inhospitable that nobody goes outside and during the winter they don't see the sun for the entire 21 day rotation.

These are all things I ahve heard over the past few years.. but recently I have heard things are slowly but surely getting better!
