Should have explained myself more clearly.  I meant that Calyx is the part of EAT that a suitor might be interested in.  Dixie was just to confirm my point that the US potpreneurs are making moves in spite of what the FEDs are doing or not doing, in this case.  I think Jim was totally capable of formulating chocolate products and might have been hogtied for doing anything else.  The company is two part, one being cannabinoid infused edibles which I thought was a good idea and the other was Posner running off buying property and doing deals that imho weren't given much thought as to how they fit our intentions of being an edibles company.  Bhang and Dixie both have complete lines of offerings and have done real deals with companies with good potential and synergies, seemingly without negative shareprice movement.  Time will tell!  glta and dyodd
