Yep its trading like a penny stock.
This has been shorted and manipulated since Feb. My guess is this is the bottom at the ATL of 0.18 and it will be manipulated all the way back up to 0.5. If your holding a bag here I'd hang on to it as this should turn around with the rest of the sector.
