RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:The conservative estimate on Blackwater is 1.2BNot an opinion, it's what many well-connected people have speculated on since Renaud Adams was brought in. NGD's debt maturities are out, but onerous. Onerous enough that many instos hedge funds would not even consider investing at currnet debt ratio.

Hell yeah, Adams would give up BW in a heartbeat especially if -- as I expect -- Chirekos gets the right price. And, without a doubt reducing the debt will add more value to NGD share price than undeveloped reserves.
