RE:RE:That's not a truck!!!

RE:RE:That's not a truck!!!I admit that I have no experience delivering cannabis but I did deliver a million cases of soft drinks in cities and towns.  Delivering out of small vans like that was a pain in the azz.  We used body jobs and small single axle semis with 14 or 16 bays on them for side delivery.  Forward sales used that size van for packing display material, the odd few cases that might have been shorted on regular orders and sometimes delivered pop coolers or vending machines.  For chain stores with loading docks we used 45 and 50 foot semi vans for palletized deliveries.  One guy could easily deliver 300-500 cases a day and merchandise that stock and collect the payment.  In our neck of the woods we had to pick up the empty bottles for refund.  I don't think our management is thinking that big but I do think they should.  That's ok because if needed they can always move up in size.  They can sell those little guys to the dispensaries for home delivery.  It is too bad that we won't be able to advertise our products and who we are for advertising purposes.  The big cola guys spent a ton on advertising and still made good money for shareholders.  First we need to get on shelves and in coolers and then we can sort out the advertising.  If alcohol can do it, we should be able to!  It will just take a little more politic-ing.  glta and dyodd
