No.

Currently 23B outstanding shares.

A reverse split of at least 750:1 or at most 1250:1 (so let's just say 1000:1 for sake of ease) will leave 23M outstanding shares.

This is simple math for a fairly simple concept and if it escapes you, perhaps you should pull yourself and what is left of your money out of this trench and buy some shares in a nice dividend paying bank stock. Seriously.
Maybe I should too.
