Will be funny if the merger does not go thru. I'll be heading for the exits immediately, and I suspect there will be a long line of instos (incl Dundee) in that case following me out the door...and within a month or two, ECS will be in administration after failing to raise any funds.

But you guys can keep wearing your blinkers if you want, I don't really care as long as I can exit (some of you may buy my shares if the merger is rejected...i hope so). I'll see you at the meeting...or at least your votes.
