Oh oh oh now it gets better. Let's say the build was 63$ does that mean FSD mislead with the valuation of their building. They had a commercial assessment done based on 250$ sq foot. That's how THEY decided they were a 420 million dollar company. So where they lying about the 250 or is someone else lying now about costs. This is intriguing.
