an excert from an old interview with Billy and he said something to the effect that: " all that glitters is not gold"  and in retrospect, that was very prophetic and clearly Posner didn't get that memo, which probably explains a lot about the wasted dollars from EAT's coffers.  When I worked sales we used to say if you can't dazzle 'em with brilliance, then baffle 'em with bullshyt (fluff)!
