Page 23 of the mgmt circular CLEARLY shows the change of control - severance payments for both Bumble and Kill.  For bumble in a CoC he would receive severance payments of 820k, additional bonus of 339k for a total of 1.16 m.  All of that for destroying my (and your) capital for the last 10 years. Go back to school fool.
