RE:RE:ALEA ramps up the pressure!!!Based on their response, a premium is likely on the horizon. They appear to want this portfolio badly after the last attempt. Of course the cap rate and NOI going forward will be large factors in determining value. Interesting that RUF is not revealing their competitor. ALEA must know who it is to request that the exclusive aspect be dropped. Bring on a good fight as the C$ drops back down hopefully.
