Should a 17.00 offer come up, it is strategically best to accumulate the shares below "17.00" before making an announcement. The share price is slowly going up on small volume. Either the shorts are holding the stock up , or someone is waiting to pick up a large position when the asks line up with good volume. The stock holding above 13.40 must have a story that the stock is in accumulation. Holding up to 15.00 plus. Not Greedy but a little realistic. JMHO.
