I am surprised that you choose the trains rather than the jets for a potential privatization by the family.  In my view, I think that the the jets is more like skidoos and other gadgets of that kind. I would guess that trains would require much more cash (or credit facilities) than the jets, be a more complex business to run (which up until now has not been Bombardier's forte), and require more political clout, which in my opinion BBD has a lot less than before especially if you look at their Board of Directors.  Now it is the new generation of the Bombardier/Beaudoin family that is emerging and in Quebec, generally speaking, the experience has not been very good with new generation taking over older generation.

What would happen to people who refuse to sell?  Would they be treated as minority interest in the new organization?
