Answer: This is an easy answer - Jervois is trying to get Ecobalt for a song - plus the cost of a couple of fools who will dance with them.
Right now the Jervois offer is worth about 19 or 20 US cents an ECS share tops.

THey should quit now before paying even more lawyers.
