RE:RE:RE:Jervois merger plans
Careful trentosmentos, you wouldn't want to confuse people here with common sense and an open mind! Their heads firmly stuck in the sand (except the FCC holders that are posting here pretending to be ECS shareholders against the merger).

There's a guy on Twitter who is a JRV shareholder and has absolutely ripped into FCC. Couple days ago he queried direct to FCC and Trent on Twitter their cash position and expenditures, why Primero walked away from refinery, and the Glencore MOU. Also wondered in another tweet why they had to do a shareswap with Tribeca when ECS was almost 40c and its now almost halved. No reply from FCC or Trent yet.

And why if FCC think ECS is so great haven't they made a counter offer? Surely they could just offer better scrip offer than JRV and sow it up...only 19% have committed to JRV so 66% is still up for grabs. There's no need for 'discussion', just make us an offer, don't give a damn if its hostile! So come on FCC, pony up. I'm happy to take your shares if you offer a better premium than JRV. Though I will flog them as soon as I get them.

The ECS response was way to polite to FCC imo. I note JRV have not sent us a response yet. You would think they would, and you would think they won't hold back as much as ECS did given what FCC said about JRV. If I had shares in FCC, I'd be very nervous this long weekend.
