The Supreme Court of British Columbia began hearing the case on Monday June 24.  Thousands of pages were submitted to the court documenting the misrepresentations and environmental damages by Titan.

"Pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 17.2, the Company requests that trading in the Company’s securities be suspended from the commencement of trading on 28 June 2019."

"The Company makes this request pending the release of an announcement ("Announcement") in respect to the decision of the Supreme Court of British Columbia concerning the acquisition of all the issued and outstanding common shares in Core Gold Inc. (TSX-V: CGLD, OTCQX:CGLDF) by Titan, pursuant to a statutory plan of arrangement under the Business Corporations Act (British Columbia). It is expected that the suspension will last until Friday, 12 July 2019 or the Company releasing the Announcement, whichever occurs earlier."
