Oh well good luck to all of us. If this merger does not proceed ECS will further drop in value. Like I said, there is no other alternative. Current management is sht, management overhaul will probably not get us anywhere fast enough. The most positive outcome is a takeover offer, which will also not get anywhere due to the depressed prices. 

At the end of the day, the large shareholders will have thought this through and understand the negative implications of a fallen deal. ECS will be stuck in the doldrums with no sigs of progression and would miss out on the cobalt cycle.
