RE:Aching for an Acreage Deal - Speeding Up Tinley's TimelineThe TSE going all US Fed on Canopy and writing in that threat to investors and Canopy is just TSE admin covering their azz. Better to put a caveat in there which is absolute bullchit and they allowed themselves to get bullied. Canada has spoken and are leading the world to the legal realization of marijuana by being the first G-7 country to deal with the issue in a positive and constructive way.
Your theory about Acreage and Tinley is good but the really big gun is Constellation.
Tinley took the bull by the horns and are fully focused on cannabinoid infused beverages for adults, totally within the legal limitations as a pure beverage play.
Team Tinley is well qualified and forward futuristic thinkers to see where this was going to land and moving towards it.
Tinley are leading the pack and helping to write the book on legal thc for adult beverages and I think they nailed it.
Constellation, Canopy, Acreage recognize that a junior start-up like Tinley is leading the way and highly motivated. By allowing Tinley to do the heavy lifting, they know that they can come in at anytime and flex their money and take Tinley out.
The concept of thc infused beverages is a winner but not an easy task as the rule book is being written and re-written to make it happen. Tinley's imagined missed dates confirm that and our competitiors have got to be facing the same hurdles.
I do agree that the big enchilada is the US and despite what the naysayers are saying, the US potpreneurs are moving quickly using every angle they can for first strike advantage. Established pharma pot producers and cbd producers aren't waiting for the Feds to sort this out. They are already getting CSE and German listings in anticipation of the inevitable.
Great day today because we are actually getting some feedback on some of the social media, endorsing the Tinley products. It seems that our fleeting goal of having dispensaries and retailers fully supplied for sale to the public is happening. Facebook has a Tinley Investors group and we get some input from Twitter and Instagram. Keep it coming shareholders and consumers and we might even get a tv ad or informercial now. glta and dyodd
