But my guess is the board probably have the ability to really annoy shareholders, including Mittleman, since the AGM just passed and they can probably find legal ways to delay their inevitable expulsion from the company. I'm not sure how soon major shareholders can call for a new AGM now. 

It will be interesting to see the votes indeed, but it's a shame how a board's fiduciary duty doesn't mean anything in Canada... This is just another example of a board acting in complete opposition to the interest of shareholders and not getting any grief over it, at all. 

Hopefully, their careers will suffer from this lack of professionalism... Who would then hire Rabe as a CEO?? I garantee that if he finds another job on a listed TSX company, that I would not be investing in him, no matter how attractive the story could be.
