St. Andrew Goldfields will spend $25 million to the Holloway, Holt and Hislop gold mines -

With cash in hand, people on the ground and confidence in the air,
St. Andrew Goldfields officials are more than optimistic that
three gold properties nearly 100 kilometres east of Timmins -

As another past producer, the Holt mine also hosts a
3,000-tonne-per-day mill, which will process the feed from
the Holloway and Hislop properties as they come online.

Other past producing mines in the area represent other exploration
potential for Perron, including the Taylor deposit 53 kilometres east
of Timmins, which contains 500,000 ounces of gold.
The Aquarius deposit, located 38 kilometres east of Timmins,
covers 5,341 hectares and contains 1.1 million ounces.

"We're very happy to be in northeastern Ontario, which is a safe and
solid mining jurisdiction," says Perron. "We think we have an excellent
exploration upside in the camp, and we definitely believe there's a lot
more gold to be found in this area."

Another round of exploration drilling at Kirkland Lake Gold’s
Taylor Mine continues to produce high-grade results.

The company reported there’s a new gold zone 500 metres below the mine
with other promising mineralization between the West Porphyry and
Shaft Deposits.

Beginning late last year and into the early part of 2018,
the company punched 91 holes from both the surface and underground
as part of a massive 31,000-metre drill program to follow up
on some key exploration targets.

Some of the intercepts at Taylor
include 45.2 grams per tonne (g/t) over 2.4 metres,
including 75.5 g/t over 0.8 m,
with numerous visible-gold stringers.

Between West Porphyry and the Shaft Deposits, some of the results
include 19.0 g/t over 6.1 metres,
including 44.4 g/t over 1.7 m.

Located near Matheson, Taylor Mine was picked up as part of
Kirkland Lake Gold’s acquisition of
St. Andrew Goldfields in 2016.

It’s located along the historically productive
Porcupine Destor Fault More exploration drilling has tracked
high-grade gold-bearing quartz veins now extending
2.9 kilometres east of the Shaft Deposit.

The company calls the results from all three of these targets at
Taylor as “significant.”

“Today’s drill results are very encouraging, as they demonstrate
the considerable growth potential that exists at multiple locations
around our existing deposits at Taylor,”
said company president Tony Makuch in a statement.

It fits with their plan to make Taylor Mine
a one million-ounce-per year producer
within five to seven years.

“Our exploration program at Taylor is continuing
with four surface drills and one underground drill in operation
as we continue our work to grow the mine’s mineral resources and
mineral reserves,” said Makuch.

The last presentation also had Taylor Holt at 190,000 ozs for 2021.
Taylor Holt hit a new zone last year in a new block of land
KL acquired back in 2017.
It is 1.5 Km from the main veins.
No one talks about Tayler Holt that much, however

Taylor Gold Mine -
it could be another Macassa if they drilled deeper where they are,
and continued drilling in the new areas that they acquired.
Outside of the new discovery at Macassa, KL hasn't press released
any new drilling from their other 3 mines this year.
Look for that to change after July though -
I am not sure of how much drilling is in their budget
for Taylor Holt in 2019.
That will be one fantastic mine
once KL starts putting big bucks there,
and with a billion dollars in the bank by next year,
KL should.
