RE:on fumes

RE:on fumesThat is an extreme view on the status of the company. I do not believe Sunniva will go bankrupt.

Going forward, I think they're  there is about 50 - 55 million cash needed before the first cash arrives from collecting the receivables from Cannibus sales, including  the cash realized from sale of Sunniva products.

The 50 million is made up of 10.5 million required to buy equipment  before production can start,
a 15- 20 million dollar loss from operations-thats  based on past months , 10 million in lease costs toward the glass house at 17.4% ( would you lease a car at 17.4% cost = of course not-) 10 million in salaries and ramp up costs, 5 million payment to the town in taxes , etc.

MY view is there is no hope Sunniva survives more than 60  days and then the owners of the new building will take over and Sunniva shareholders get zippo.

I have said since  May of 2018, this is a house of cards, and stick with my opinion,  despite all the
Comments on this Board  that I am always wrong.  The stock has gone from 9 bucks when i first posted  ,  to less than 3 now ,so find it hard to believe  my critics were right?? The cult  just continue to reinforce their own positive views of the company, with no critical analysis and when  the stock is say 20 cents they will still have countless opinions why it is the buy of the year and worth 10 bucks a share.

All  this junk that some big player  would buy out Sunniva????. Why would you not  buy the glass house  itself from the owners for say 120 million and its over. Why would you  ever buy the shares of Sunniva .

Will see if the 20 million arrives next week, - my view is it will not ,but they might find a hat with rabbit inside.
Even if the rabbit is there, it buys a month  at the most and it's over.
Everyone seems to have forgotten the bridge financing takes away a lot of the cash from the Canadian sale
