RE:RE:Oil Falling Off A Cliff
I think we are YEARS away from recovery, IF ANY... Oil is weaponized geopolitically obviously &Trump seems to control the markets via his tweets (i.e. tarifs, trade deal news, etc) where he can both create problems and then create solutions to those very problems WHENEVER he wishes... However, I have a very bad feeling it will get worse before it gets better (if ever)... What's more dangerous is what wil happen in Oct 2019 in our country and most importantly, in November 2020 in the U.S... So many unknowns on the possibilities (If Trudope+Trump gets re-elected is worst case in my opinion where Trudope gets a vote of confidence going with the minority eco terrorists and Trump continues to keep oil down as much as possible) and hardly think we'll be able to avoid the upcoming recession in their next term... However, If a Dem gets re-elected, shale production will take a hit however Iran & Venezuelan sanctions may also be lifted... Who knows, but In any case, uncertainty everywhere, espcially in Canadian energy...
