50 might have to wait for whoever at Credential runs out of shares.
Yesterdays news release shows progress on the jv but clearly that is still a ways in the future before it starts generating revenues.
In the meantime a good q2 as they seemed to indicate in their last two quarterly results would be very positive as would the start of the TMT contract and official contracts off the recent SE Asia trade show.
Lots going on but still some patience required
