Nobody said we have the financing for the plant. Where did you read that? If a person said that on a chat board, it is that person that you should slap, not Alnaimi.

I highly doubt the lawyer firm can know since when Argex had a plan to act against the creditors. This plan was a private plan until it is made public by the Trustee. And quite honestly, being in the financial position of Argex, having a plan in place was not a fool thing.

Do you realize the law firm do not have a lot more informations than us and is just, at this time, mostly speculating like us?

Anyway, I felicitate you for your plan to protect the shareholders. At least, you tried something.
