The Company owns 91% of AMA, and 100% of Infused MFG LLC Infused.

RE:RE:1933 News  You are forgetting, the new facility will be for AMA only. Infused is in a 12000 sq. ft. building adjacent to the newly built one and it is being outfitted with ethanol extraction equipment. When all is said and done and at full capacity that 80-100 million will be a modest number.
