RE:RE:No effort to change nameIt's not just a name change that's going on.  It's a reclassification of business away from being a mining company to a manufacturing company.  The index wants to avoid shell company.  Plus the financials had questions surrounding it and there were complaints registered from other companies.  They have a laundry list to work on before trading can begin again.  The only thing that can be done is work on the list to the point the exchange is satisfied.  Since it's up to the discretion of the exchange, it's not much they can do.

I am frustrated as well but it's not preventing them from conducting business which is a good thing.  It's a venture company, what are you going to do?  SRG is a different situation although I didn't know they changed their name.  Wonder why.
