Too right ABKing. Indeed, if Pathe had any self-respect or honor, he should have offerred up his resignation immediately rather than try to make up excuses and the board should have immediately accepted it to win back the trust of shareholders. A director is supposed to offer up his resignation if he gets <50% withhold. Surely that threshold should be lower for the CEO!!!
