RE:RE:Confirmed by Carl, Q4 ER is in August. See email below.Perhaps the delay in reporting Q4 is part of Irwin's plan. We should see a massive derivative liability gain on the convertible debenture due to APHA closing at $6.59 USD on May 31, roughly 30% below the issue price for the $350M debt. This gain will be reversed as the SP climbes back towards $9.38USD.. so the lower the SP up to Aug 31, the smaller the derivative liability loss will be for Q1 2020. This will allow APHA to sell up to 10,000KG/month in Q2, Sep-Nov, while populating Diamond, working on potential partnerships and selecting a CEO.
By the time the Q2 financials are reported in January 2020, Irwin should have closed an equity deal and the derivative liability will be irrelevant as APHA will be profitable from operations and could even choose payoff the debt, depending upon the size of the cash injection, if it's not boughten out before then. Just a theory.
Canopy issued $500M CAD convertible debt @$48/share last June and got a $5B buyin 2 months later by STZ. GLTA.

Q4 will still be as of the end of May. We could use those latter weeks. However, once the Report is released, Q1 2020 should be out about 2 months later. This is where I believe the money will be, unless again .........something went terribly wrong.
