RE:RE:Higher Bid Should be SoughtI just sold my last 1300 shares.  The problem I see here is the percentage of properties they have in the Huston floodplain.  Hurricane Harvey didn't impact RUF but it well might have, and it would have done significant damage to income and share price.
Flooding is one of the reasons I don't inveset in companies with extensive exposure to coastal REITs, especialy those with large holdings in Fla.  Climate change is now a given and investors need to consider its potential impact on our holdings.
I held RUF.UN for a long time (my cost base is $4.81) but at the current price, the yield isn't worth the risk, at least not to me.
