if they can hold on for another 2 years, we will get significantly higher multiple.

Federal Reserve rate cut is expected this month....rates will continue to go down.
in 2 years, rates are at 0% in the US and likely QE-4 has been launched.

just be patient for ~ 2 years and we can get > $9 US....
