Au contraire, Ford has scrapped the emissions testing on cars but seems intent on
cleaning up trucking diesel. I think he might be sincere here. Don't forget that Klees
is on board too and he has taken the trouble to send a representation to DYA offices.
He could just be window dressing but I think not...
